Shipping and handling charge (in US$ by Priority Mail)

Order CD with book, and CD shipping and handling charge will be waived.

Sales policy

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of placement.
CA residents must pay sales tax of 8.25%.
Non-PayPal orders must be paid by personal checks (U.S. orders only) or money orders.
Personal checks are accepted from U.S. residents only. Shipment will be made after checks are cleared, which would take around 10 days.
US$25 will be charged for all returned checks.
